Position Summary: This position is responsible for a fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. Responsible for providing a positive customer experience to Goodwill customers. Responsible for stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing Front End operations, including all Customer Service, Cashier activities, cart retrieval, and front-end housekeeping.
