Follows established patient-safety practices, including medication administration, fall and pressure-injury prevention, infection control, patient identification, restraints, IV pumps, and clinical alarms. Provides and documents direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, dressing changes, blood draws, IV insertions, intake/output, and other assigned clinical procedures.
