Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the hotel, ensuring compliance with internal controls, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the General Manager and Regional Director of Finance in safeguarding the hotel's assets and financial integrity; creating and executing a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand's business strategy. Actively assist in recruiting, reviewing, recommending prospective team members like Assistant Director of Finance, Accounting Managers, and other nance team members for the organization.
