Safety performance and corrective-action effectiveness; equipment availability and uptime; MTTR, MTBF, and repeat failures; PM compliance, schedule attainment, planned work, and backlog health; equipment-related quality, yield, and scrap; startup and shutdown execution; staffing coverage, productivity, overtime, training, qualification depth, retention, and development; maintenance cost, inventory effectiveness, vendor performance, and delivered reliability improvements. Experience in semiconductor or another equipment-intensive, regulated industry; knowledge of automated equipment, robotics, controls, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, thermal, chemical, gas, or facilities systems; formal training or certification in maintenance and reliability, Lean/Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, project management, or occupational safety; experience with installations, qualifications, overhauls, capital projects, service contracts, and obsolescence.
