The Physician’s Office Nurse/CMA Float assists the provider in the delivery of health care services in a variety of office settings that include family practice and specialty offices. Our compassionate and dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional, individualized care to support patients and their loved ones every step of the way.

Approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks. 1-2 holidays per year. Requirements:<ol><li>Licensed in good standing by the state of Illinois as a physical therapist, graduated from an APTA approved curriculum.</li><li>Cognitive and motor skills necessary to carry out skilled therapy evaluations, treatments, and documentation according to the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act, APTA Core Values, and the Joint Commission.</li><li>CPR certified.
