From showcasing the features of our apartments during tours to guiding prospects through the leasing process, you'll play a pivotal role in matching individuals with their perfect home. Beyond the sale, you'll foster lasting relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and helping our communities thrive. If you enjoy connecting with people, closing deals, and creating a sense of belonging, this role is the right fit for you!</p><h4> </h4><h4><strong>Position Logistics</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>Primary Work Location:</strong> Blackmore Flats | Grand Forks, ND</li><li><strong>Work Environment:</strong> On-Site</li><li><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>Hours could be between Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Team members are expected to work <strong>two Saturdays per month.</strong></li><li><strong>Work Type:</strong> Part Time (up to 30 hours/week) </li></ul><h6><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> The office/lobby hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday's from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, therefore we need team coverage during these times. The manager will assign specific opening and closing shifts, which may adjust individuals schedules by an hour. Team members will typically not exceed 40 hours per week. If scheduled to work on a Saturday, the manager will ensure a weekday off to maintain a balanced schedule.</h6><h4><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></h4><p>Are you a natural connector with a passion for people and talent for sales? If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant - a key player in delivering exceptional experiences for our tenants and driving the success of our properties. </p><ul><li><strong>Be a Property Expert:</strong> Master the details of our current and upcoming properties, showcasing their best features to prospective tenants. </li><li><strong>Bring Creative Marketing Solutions:</strong> Collaborate with your Community Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results. </li><li><strong>Close Deals with Confidence:</strong> Work alongside other Leasing Consultants to lease units, maximizing occupancy and income potential. </li><li><strong>Foster Tenant Satisfaction:</strong> Support the Community Manager in implementing policies and procedures that preserve property value and ensure tenant happiness. </li><li><strong>Solve Challenges:</strong> Resolve tenant concerns swiftly and professionally, maintaining the integrity of our community. </li></ul><h4><strong>We're Seeking Individuals Who Are:</strong></h4><ul><li>Customer-focused and thrive in people-centric environments</li><li>Proactive problem-solvers with an analytical mindset</li><li>Confident communicators with excellent verbal and written skills</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for planning and multitasking</li><li>Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software like AppFolio</li></ul><h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4><ul><li>High School Diploma required, additional education preferred</li><li>3+ years of administrative experience, property management or sales experience is a plus</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation*</li></ul><h6><strong>Reliable Transportation:</strong> While your workday will begin and end at the same location, this role requires the flexibility to travel between properties for tours and other responsibilities.
