The Manager, Responsible Sourcing will lead ELC's Sensitive Supply Chains (SSC) program execution-driving implementation of raw material-specific action plans, advancing upstream traceability and data quality, and partnering cross-functionally and cross-regionally with Global Supplier Management, R&D, Legal, brands, and suppliers to mitigate environmental, economic, and human rights risks in ELC's global ingredients supply base and enable credible communications and claims.
