Overall responsibilities include providing guidance and counsel to the executive team on matters involving compliance, contracts, labor law, debt and equity securities, M&A, and real estate, as well as reviewing and drafting internal and external legal agreements, negotiating transactions, and managing contracts to ensure legal compliance. Serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and shareholders on matters impacting corporate strategy, risk, governance, financing, acquisitions, and enterprise value creation.
