A strong candidate will have experience working in preschool or childcare classrooms and should feel comfortable helping teachers improve areas such as supervision, transitions, classroom management, positive guidance, teacher-child interaction, student engagement, and daily follow-through. The right person will be able to move between classrooms and the front office, observe what is happening, guide teachers professionally, support classroom routines, and help leadership make sure expectations are being followed.
