Head coaching responsibilities include management of all facets of the Field Hockey program including but not limited to: coaching/teaching, recruiting, budget management, administration, scheduling of competitions, team travel, weekly practice sessions, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches/interns, community service, support and advocacy of students, and compliance with NCAA, conference and college rules and regulations. Responsibilities are subject to aptitude evaluation and could include any one of the following: Athletics Strength & Conditioning coordinator, Athletics Equipment Coordinator, Athletics Business Support, Athletics Facility Management, Athletics Alumni Liaison, or Athletics Admissions Liaison.
