Principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Performs wide variety of alterations required to fit customer requests: hand and machine work, shoulder, hem, collar, and sleeve work, sizing garments, repairs defective merchandise. This job requires walking within the department and/or store, bending, minimal lifting, use of pressers, sewing machines, steam cabinet, scissors, thread, needle, ruler, yardstick, pins, razor, ripper, and thimble.
