We are Rodeo!Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is one of the fastest growing, multi-specialty dental groups in the country.The company’s team of 100+ award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services Rodeo locations throughout the United States.QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience</li><li>Willing to support multiple locations if needed</li><li>Orthodontic DA Experience</li><li>DA Certificate</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred</li></ul>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Assist with Orthodontist in treating patient</li><li>Instruct patient of elastic treatment</li><li>Preparing tray set-ups according to doctor preferences and planned procedures</li><li>Taking diagnostic quality X-Rays and attaching them to the patient chart</li><li>Mixing amalgam, cement, and preparing impression materials</li><li>Pouring, trimming, and polishing impression trays</li><li>Assisting with bonding, banding, adjusting, and debonding orthodontic patients</li><li>Placing and cementing bands</li><li>Setting up orthodontic brackets and removing excess cement from brackets and bands</li><li>Making retainers, bleaching trays, and impressions</li><li>Providing excellent chairside assistance and anticipating next steps to stay in constant mental synchronization with the doctor</li><li>Taking patient initial, progress, and de-bond photos</li><li>Taking scans of patients for clear aligners or models</li><li>Travel to our CO locations</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Prolonged sitting and standing as needed</li><li>Ability to lift up to 15 lbs</li></ul>BENEFITS: <ul><li>New Grads, start your careers with Rodeo!</li><li>Growth and advancement opportunities in our specialty dentistry business lines, such as orthodontics and oral surgery, as well as in  leadership roles</li><li>Compensation Range $25-$28 per hour</li></ul>EEO Statement:Rodeo Dental is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
