A Commercial Business Manager is responsible for creating and managing profitable business growth and understands, recommends, and sells products, materials and services on commercial projects that include products such as, but not limited to fiber board, batt insulation, air barriers, curtain walls, edge of slabs, expansion joints, spray foam, firestopping and fireproofing. Project management responsibilities include proactively communicating and managing relationships, working with general contractor and other trades for appropriate sequencing of the scope of work; performing site visits, preparing schedule of values for revenue recognition, monthly requisitions for invoicing, and meeting production milestones to achieve project budget objectives.
