Hiring Immediately!       Part-Time Store Sales Associate in Pawtucket, RIStarting Pay Rate: $17.00Weekly Pay!    This position is for Part-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Weekends as needed):   <ul><li>Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm   </li></ul><ul><li>Saturday: 8am – 12pm   </li></ul><ul><li>Sunday: Closed   </li></ul>   As a Part-time Store Sales Associate in our retail environment, you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. This role emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative. Others, like Paul Newman, even bring in their own ideas for dressings, and ask us to produce and bottle them.  Ken's Foods continues to experience outstanding growth and the future looks even brighter.  SUMMARYThis Maintenance support position supports the entire plants operational structure.  The number of materials required, inventoried and cataloged for each piece of equipment in our facility is this person’s core responsibility.  Being able to have the right inventory of parts at the right time is a key function of our maintenance program and processes that we must have correct to be more successful.  The starting rate for this position is $25.00/hour. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Catalog and record all parts for new and existing equipment ensuring accuracy and availability</li><li>Receive and properly store all Maintenance parts and supplies</li><li>Conducts cycle counts and put away supplies accordingly</li><li>Issue and distribute Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work orders as directed by the Maintenance Manager</li><li>Work closely with the planning function to ensure materials and lead times are taken into account to execute our plans</li><li>Coordinate rebuilds and plans associated with PM’s</li><li>Assist employees in locating and checking out of parts and supplies</li><li>Order parts and supplies as directed by the Maintenance Manager</li><li><ul><li>Generate PO’s for various purchases</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate parts and supplies deliveries to support production requirements</li><li>Coordinates with approved suppliers for the following;</li><li><ul><li>General PM planning</li><li>Special downtime events and projects</li><li>Iincorporate new equipment into our required spare parts lists</li><li>Build critical spare parts inventory</li></ul></li><li>Communicate effectively through verbal and written instructions with vendors and employees</li><li>Conduct parts purchasing</li><li>Close Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work orders</li><li>Maintain the Maintenance Stock areas in a neat and orderly fashion</li><li>Process invoices for payment and maintains vendor list</li><li>Input data into Docuware</li><li>Research discrepancies for payments and materials</li><li>Process paper work</li><li>Set up and pull kits</li><li>Coordinate returns of goods mis-shipped or otherwise not required</li><li>Deliver parts from stores in breakdown scenarios</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> </td></tr><tr><td>QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
