Depending on facility size, additional duties may include but are not limited to: perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe and efficient environment; maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties; perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance. Construction responsibilities to include, but not limited to: demo of areas where small scale construction will occur, demo and replacement of ceiling tiles, assistance with installation of flooring, and assistance with all trade aspects of construction projects, all in a neat, professional manner.
