This role leads both directly and through subordinate engineers, while also owning all regulatory compliance and reporting activities associated with facility environmental requirements.Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management & Capital Projects • Direct all contractor and improvement efforts associated with buildings and grounds. • Oversee and coordinate contractor qualification requirements for the facility. • Coordinate permitting and regulatory requirements for new designs, expansions, or modifications to buildings and grounds. • Maintain facility equipment asset inventory directly or through subordinates. Plant Maintenance Support & Reliability • Spend approximately 50% of assigned time working directly with Plant Maintenance on the plant floor to support equipment reliability, failure analysis, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. • Collaborate and assist, as needed, in the implementation of engineering projects.
