This role exists to provide Dollywood’s Entertainment Department with a high level of entertainment technicians who work in guest view to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of entertainment lighting, sound, and video systems within the Dolly Parton Experience which spans across multiple facilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair entertainment lighting control systems, static lighting fixtures, moving head fixtures, professional sound systems, video projection systems and DMX infrastructure issues as well as DMX controlled fixtures.
