Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or related field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, and KYC requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems. The Senior AML/CFT Compliance Analyst is responsible for conducting complex investigations, quality assurance reviews, due diligence reviews, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
