This individual will collaborate closely with product, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams to evaluate current processes, document business rules, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of scalable, operationally sound solutions that optimize business performance and reduce risk. Experience with workflow platforms such as Appian or others is highly desirable, as the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions.
