The Director of Sales and Marketing serves as a member of the Schaeffer Homes Leadership Team and works closely with company ownership and internal teams including Purchasing & Estimating, Architecture, Permitting, Construction, Production Support, and Finance/Accounting. The Director will lead the sales organization, develop and execute marketing strategies, manage the sales pipeline, oversee the customer-facing sales process from initial inquiry through construction start, and manage the Selections and Design Center functions.
