He/she is responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, equipment and dietary facilities to ensure the safe delivery of nutritious food to patients, employees and guests. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Current Food Handler's permit required. One year previous experience in healthcare food service preferred.

Miller Downtown Daybreak company-owned buildings, equipment, and facilities.<h4>Primary Duties</h4><ul><li>Trash pickup</li><li>Power washing</li><li>Assist with landscaping and weeding</li><li>Moving items around property</li><li>Replacing light bulbs</li><li>Locking/unlocking doors</li><li>Using blower</li><li>Monitor and clean parking lots</li><li>Sweeping</li><li>Light maintenance</li><li>Vendor coordination</li><li>Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and guests</li><li>All other tasks as assigned</li></ul><h4>Experience & Skills</h4><ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required</li></ul>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:<ul><li>Leadership: demonstrates ethical and followership behaviors which promotes Larry H.
