Repairs: Conduct routine inspections, identify repair needs (including planned and emergency related repairs) and promptly address any issues related to the hotel's physical infrastructure, including fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, primary switch gear), emergency backup systems and hot water system, high pressure boiler units, mechanical systems as well as all work associated with said repairs including relevant demolition, reconstruction, and cleaning of work area. Training: Proactively improve technical skills and stay up to date with new technology through training resources available both internally and externally as well as available through the IUOE training courses to maintain skill sets and licensing, if applicable.
