Performs ongoing preventive and regular maintenance on all property mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, motors, panels, control systems, and other facilities related systems and equipment. General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, Life/Safety Systems, boilers, chillers, emergency power systems, UPS systems, pumps, motors, VFD’s, and Energy Management Systems.
