Located in beautiful Montrose, the community is surrounded by stunning Colorado scenery, including the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park to the east and the San Juan Mountains to the south, with easy access to a charming downtown, local dining, and year-round outdoor recreation. Assist participants with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADL’s) in the home and in the Day Center including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, hand and foot nail care and toileting as assigned or needed.
