This position is primarily responsible for conducting psychological testing/assessments to children and adolescents in assigned programs. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers and other professionals working collaboratively to ensure comprehensive whole person care. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive psychological testing/assessments as assigned and provide feedback to multidisciplinary team to help guide treatment.</li><li>Available to handle client crisis and symptom management.</li><li>Meets expected performance billable hours as assigned by Supervisor.</li><li>Complete all documentation according to Agency, HIPAA, and funder standards within required timelines.</li><li>Participates in supervision, meetings and trainings related to position and services provided including evidence-based practice trainings, boosters, and consultations as assigned.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned within recognized scope of practice.</li><li>Hours: Part-time (20 hours), at least one evening per week until 8:00pm required</li><li>This position is fully onsite.</li></ul> Starting Salary:<ul><li>Waivered Psychologist: $37.50</li><li>Licensed Psychologist: $38.46 - $40.86</li><li>Additional years of experience will be considered as well</li><li>Additional differential available for bilingual Spanish-English proficiency (must pass Spanish Proficiency Assessment to qualify)</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual English and Spanish required.</li><li>Must have experience conducting psychological testing</li><li>Relevant experience in providing direct mental health services to children and adolescents, including work or internship experience.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with highly traumatized children and families, managing high-risk situations and volatile family dynamics.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience in delivering culturally competent services, with a commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity.</li><li>Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, working professionally with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and ability to work independently while seeking supervision when needed.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a proactive approach to work, with effective time management, flexibility, and punctuality in meeting deadlines, appointments, and meetings.</li><li>Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. The Dishwasher ensures all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting smooth service operations and upholding health and safety standards. What You'll Do<ul><li style="vertical-align:middle">Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, trash bins, and food prep surfaces.</li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Check box bin: empty when needed. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Set up/clear pot washing area (3-com sink area). </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Check tray-belt, clear if needed. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Check and record wash/rinse temperatures. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">Wash any items that are soiled and dirty. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle">All washable equipment must air dry on racks free of water.
