Reporting to the Global Cluster Leader, the candidate will be part of a global team of technical experts responsible for driving innovation, thought leadership, and strategic technical direction across internal organizations (Strategy, Innovation, R&D, Marketing) and external stakeholders (Design Consultants, System Integrators, Panel Builders, End Users, and Technology Partners). The role will focus on technologies such as Power over Ethernet (PoE), Fault Managed Power Systems (FMPS), Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), smart building platforms, edge computing, IoT connectivity, and digital infrastructure solutions that enable intelligent, connected, and sustainable buildings.
