The RSM partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and Corporate Safety to reduce injuries, vehicle incidents, and equipment-related hazards while developing strong front-line safety leadership. The Region Safety Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining safety programs across assigned hauling, landfill, recycling, and transfer station operations within the region.
