HOUR

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers. Pay: $15 hourlyKey Objectives <ul><li>Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs</li><li>Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule</li><li>Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace</li><li>Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation</li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing</li><li>Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery</li><li>Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department</li><li>Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris</li><li>Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently</li><li>Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies</li><li>Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units</li><li>Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment</li></ul> What you’ll bring <ul><li>Ability to pass a background and drug test </li><li>Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions</li><li>Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required</li><li>Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Must be able to work some Saturdays</li></ul>Expected Results <ul><li>All sold RVs are delivered clean, polished, and ready for customer handover without delay. </li><li>High customer satisfaction rates due to the impeccable condition of delivered vehicles. </li><li>Prompt identification and communication of any defects or issues, minimizing delays in sales or service. </li><li>Efficient workflow that meets daily detailing schedules and supports dealership operations. </li><li>Maintained cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring a safe and productive environment. </li></ul>Resources <ul><li>Access to a full range of professional-grade cleaning supplies, detailing tools, and equipment</li><li>Training on safe and effective use of chemicals and detailing products</li><li>Support from the service and sales teams for coordination and information sharing</li><li>Scheduled work plans and checklists to help organize daily tasks</li><li>Clean, well-maintained workspace with designated storage for tools and supplies</li><li>On-site supervisors and experienced staff available for guidance and troubleshooting</li></ul>Who we are Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country. They must demonstrate the knowledge and technical skill necessary for providing competent, comprehensive patient care as well as display behavior which promotes good guest relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:JOB SPECIFIC CORE COMPETENCIES:<ul><li> Evaluation and treatment as well as documentation of patient progress is required as well as the ability to communicate with patients, family, physicians, and hospital associates.</li><li> They must demonstrate the knowledge and technical skill necessary for providing competent, comprehensive patient care as well as display behavior which promotes good guest relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers.</li><li> They must be able to teach/instruct patient, families, and colleagues.</li></ul>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li> The associate must can perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. </li><li> They must demonstrate the knowledge and technical skill necessary for providing competent, comprehensive patient care as well as display behavior which promotes good guest relations to patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers. </li><li> They must be able to communicate and comprehend the English language and possess keyboarding skills for computer documentation. </li><li> The therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of inpatients and outpatients as well as the development of a rehabilitation program that meets the parameters of the referring physician. </li><li> They must be able to teach/instruct patients, families and colleagues. </li><li> The therapist is responsible for accurate documentation that meets state, federal and facility guidelines as well as participation in departmental meetings/activities. </li><li> They require knowledge of the healthcare system work environment and the role of the physical therapist in the “health care team”.</li></ul>EXPECTED BEHAVIORS:<ul><li> Conducts interactions with patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers, other associates and the public in a manner consistent with the intent of the hospital’s mission, vision, and values. </li><li> Performs appropriate diagnostic musculoskeletal, neurological and functional skills tests and establishes a plan of treatment. </li><li> Documents initial evaluation and each day of treatment in patient record in a timely manner and completes summary of patient’s progress at discharge. </li><li> Instructs and assists patients in the performance of therapeutic exercise, gait training and activities of daily living and provides education in proper posture/ body mechanics to promote prevention of injury and maximize therapeutic outcomes. </li><li> Educates patients concerning how to maximize quality of life within the limits of their physical capabilities and family members concerning how to best assist patients in the rehabilitation process. </li><li> Reads current literature and publications concerning therapeutic techniques and trends in Physical Therapy/health care. </li><li> Participates in departmental performance/quality improvement and program development as well as in departmental events such as Heartbeats, PT month, health fairs, etc. </li><li> Promotes the Rehab department through ongoing marketing within the medical community and the community at large.</li></ul>MANDATORY LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: <ul><li>CPR</li></ul>CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Physical Therapist (PT); CPRADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Mandatory Continuing Education: Customer Service, Fire and Safety, Corporate Compliance (including Confidentiality), Infection Control, and education required by regulatory, accreditation bodies, scope of practice, and/or Hancock Regional Hospital.
