Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field; 3 years of experience in a related occupation; Experience analyzing and developing cost-effective automated RPA (UiPath) software for resource optimization; Experience improving productivity using OCR, VBA, Databases, UiPath Computer Vision, and UiPath Task Capture; Experience collaborating with business clients to analyze requirements and recommend design improvements for products; Experience conducting user acceptance testing with cross-functional business teams to test products; Experience developing strategies and solutions utilizing RPA mythologies; Experience setting strategic priorities using Agile (Azure DevOps) and UiPath Automation Hub; Experience performing implementation using Agile methodologies; Experience building scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including selectors, reusable components, and exception-handling logic; Experience translating business requirements into technical automation architecture and workflows; Experience participating in the full automation lifecycle, including Requirements gathering, Solution design, Development, Testing and UAT support, and Deployment and production rollout; and.
