The Senior Operations Manager supports the Program Manager in executing and overseeing a NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) facilities maintenance contract, including Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order work. Work with GSFC technical stakeholders, engineering teams, and authorized IT organizations to define requirements, interfaces, schedules, and responsibilities for projects involving facility systems and technology.
