Join us today and bring your individuality along!​Server Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve delicious meals and ensure resident satisfaction</li><li>Record guest meals and report to Business Office Director</li><li>Recognize needs of the department and report concerns to the Culinary Services Director</li><li>Assist in preparations for special meals and parties, as well as daily operations and cleaning of the dining room and server areas</li><li>Ensure adherence to procedures regarding community infection control policies</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services, Sous Chef, or Cook(s)</li></ul>Join us today if you meet the following requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling and sanitation procedures</li><li>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service; including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction</li><li>Understands food safety procedures (e.g. temperature safety), sanitation of equipment measures, and storage techniques</li><li>Ability to have awareness of team dynamic, inventory, safety and cleanliness</li></ul>Some of our benefits include:<ul><li>Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses</li><li>401k</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Part-Time</li></ul>Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.
