Primary responsibilities include: maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu by following program schedules and behavior plans; utilizing appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills; completing required clinical documentation; leading therapeutic group sessions; performing Q15 observation rounds; recording patient vital signs; assisting nurses with head-to-toe assessments; assisting patients and residents with activities of daily living when needed (brushing teeth, dressing, toileting, showering, etc.). Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Option 1: Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes, but may not be limited to the following: psychology sociology, political science, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education, or family therapy.
