Provides leadership for assigned Quality personnel, including workforce planning, employee selection, onboarding, coaching, performance management, employee development, career progress, employee engagement, and corrective actions in accordance with Howmet policies and applicable employment laws. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to promote a culture of quality, drive continuous improvement, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with the Howmet Business System.
