Provide legal support for domestic and international real estate, facilities, and property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, easements, rights-of-way, purchase agreements, ancillary agreements, title issues, landlord-tenant disputes, lease guaranties, and related operational matters. The successful candidate will bring significant corporate and financing transaction experience, with preferred experience in areas such as credit support, real estate and facilities, subsidiary governance, restructurings, strategic investments, corporate aviation, and various community investment initiatives.
