Our hospice and palliative care programs are available across 16 counties in North Texas, including: Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Henderson, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall, Tarrant, Van Zandt, and parts of Wise and Navarro Counties.
