Strong experience working with state and federal regulations, including all steps of design, submittal, and regulatory interface associated with permits under: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, State of Florida’s water management districts, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and. Bachelor degree in Biology, Ecological Science, Environmental Policy, Geology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred; Minimum 6 years of related experience, including 3-4 years project related experience and knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
