About the job: As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and provide medical cares for persons served and to ensure that all medical-related services provided are essential to, or helpful in, the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health and well-being of each person served. We support individuals who receive services in our residential programs and through Community- Based Services by assessing and utilizing their strengths and skills to encourage, teach, and help them to achieve their hopes and dreams.

About the job: As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and provide medical cares for persons served and to ensure that all medical-related services provided are essential to, or helpful in, the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health and well-being of each person served.  Starting wage is $45 per hour. Essential job responsibilities include, but not limited to:  <ul><li>Follow proper nursing techniques when giving injections, blood draws, suppositories, catheter changes, wound care, etc.</li><li>Ensure medications/treatments are properly given/done.</li><li>Comprehend Individual Risk Management Plan and reporting procedures.</li><li>Provide medical in-services/training as requested by supervisor.</li><li>Teach and retrain Medication Administration Program to unlicensed personnel as needed.</li><li>Provide reliable, prompt and complete information to supervisors.</li><li>Be available for person served emergency and non-emergency situations and be willing to answer questions by phone concerning health care of persons served.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Graduate from an accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse (RN).</li><li>Currently holds an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.</li><li>Completes required continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of PCS.</li><li>Must pass DHS background clearance.</li><li>Must have valid driver’s license and meet company driving criteria.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.</li></ul> Benefits That Support You:<ul><li>Your well-being matters to us.
