The purpose of our Business Immigration Paralegal is to work under the close supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for independently analyzing information and documents, while also preparing, reviewing, and compiling immigration petitions and applications for Attorney review and filing. Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end).
