Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring all store operations meet company expectations and operational excellence: opening and closing procedures, cash wrap, inventory management, loss prevention, IT systems (POS), and health & safety. Monitor and manage store targets and KPIs such as: sales per hour (SPH), average transaction value (ATV), conversion rate, net promoter score (NPS), and other inventory metrics.
