Knowledge of US Government contracting processes: ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, Small Business Plans, Assertion of Commerciality procedures, price/cost analysis, building a contracting purchase order folder with government certifications (FFATA, DEBAR, Anti-Lobby, Responsibility Matters, CAS, etc). Responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations, analyzing market conditions and supply alternatives, and delivering results against key performance metrics including cost reduction, margin enhancement, supplier performance, DPO, and global value sourcing.
