This is a 100% onsite role, working 24-25 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position is expected to run for 2+ months, and it is compensating $24/hour. Job Responsibilities <ul><li>File, maintain, and update employee and recruitment records</li><li>Send new hire paperwork and onboarding documents</li><li>Create and organize new hire folders</li><li>Post and maintain open positions on job boards and company platforms</li><li>Answer and direct department phone calls</li><li>Perform HRIS data entry and ensure accuracy of employee records</li><li>Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verifications</li><li>Assist with administrative projects to support the recruitment team</li><li>Provide general administrative support so recruiters can focus on hiring activities</li></ul> Candidate Qualifications <ul><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively</li><li>Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience with data entry, record management, and confidentiality</li></ul> Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
