US Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you’ll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.This is a great opportunity for a compassionate PT who wants to make a real impact while working alongside podiatrists and a supportive care team.Physical Therapist Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):<ul><li>Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals</li><li>Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education on recovery/prevention</li><li>Accurately document progress and outcomes in EMR</li><li>Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care</li><li>Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment</li></ul>Physical Therapist Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of practice (required)</li><li>Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent)</li><li>Current CPR certification</li><li>Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills</li><li>Outpatient ortho/foot & ankle rehab experience a plus</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) a plus</li></ul>Physical Therapist Pay Range:<ul><li>$46- $54/hr based on experience </li></ul>Physical Therapist Schedule<ul><li>Full-time role</li><li>Primarily outpatient clinic setting</li><li>Occasional travel to nearby locations for coverage</li></ul>Physical Therapist Benefits Offered: <ul><li>Health Insurance (Single & Family plans available) </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Disability Insurance </li><li>401(k) Plan with Company Match </li><li>Employee Discount Program </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Paid Holidays </li></ul>
