This role will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEM/SEO, social media, display advertising and consumer campaigns through research, platform determination, bench-marketing, messaging and audience identification aligning with Park Lawn’s mission and vision. Essential Functions<ul><li>Develops, executes, and manages paid and organic content strategies across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)</li><li>Optimizes ad campaigns using the latest technology and digital platforms.</li><li>Assists Location Managers with managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency across campaigns and platforms</li><li>Creates and refine custom audiences, leveraging first- and third-party data to drive targeted results</li><li>Conducts A/B testing to measure performance, optimize ad creatives, and boost engagement</li><li>Provides comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, including detailed data analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns</li><li>Presents campaign results and strategic insights to businesses, ensuring transparency and clarity in all communications</li><li>Stays up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices across various verticals</li><li>Other projects and duties as assigned.</li></ul>Competencies <ul><li>Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong Organizational skills.</li><li>Budget Management.</li><li>Detail Orientation.</li><li>Teamwork Orientation.</li><li>Customer Service Orientation.</li><li>Time Management.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising, business or a related degree or equivalent years of experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid and organic strategies</li><li>Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads, preferred</li><li>Knowledge of other digital platforms and tools, a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights</li><li>Geofencing Expertise, a plus.</li><li>Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record required. </li></ul>Additional Eligibility Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
