Your role significantly contributes to overall guest satisfaction and the hotel’s reputation for excellence.  Essential Functions <ul><li>Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression. </li><li>Register guests into the computer system, verifying reservation details and processing payments. </li><li>Handle cash and balance the cash drawer, maintaining accurate financial records. </li><li>Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions. </li><li>Assist guests with check-out, ensuring all services are correctly accounted for and processing various forms of payment. </li><li>Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction. </li><li>Maintain extensive knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and the local area. </li><li>Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security standards, and continuously strive to improve operational standards. </li><li>Participate in upselling and promoting marketing programs to enhance guest experience and hotel revenue. </li><li>Work cohesively with the team, supporting management and collaborating professionally with co-workers. </li></ul> Skills and Abilities <ul><li>Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel. </li><li>Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision. </li><li>Requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to upsell guests into rooms that fit their needs. </li><li>Must possess basic computer skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li>General knowledge of the city where the hotel is located and its attractions. </li><li>Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.  </li><li>Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawer required.  </li><li>Strong team player, able to partner with management and other employees in a professional manner. </li></ul> Job Qualifications/Requirements Education: High School diploma or GED equivalence  Experience: 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs Physical Requirements The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation </li><li>Ability to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel </li><li>Ascend and descend a ladder </li></ul> Reasonable Accommodation Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. We are looking for a creative individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Marketing Coordinator will manage the following responsibilities and others as needed:<ul><li>Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines.</li><li>Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.</li><li>Assists Marketing Managers in the development of winning pursuit strategies.</li><li>Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets.</li><li>Assists with the development of award submissions.</li><li>Where needed, assists Graphic Design Managers with updating brochures, as well as conference /trade show/event signage and collateral.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>2+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or business development role (experience within the AEC industry preferred).</li><li>Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite with experience creating lengthy documents in InDesign.</li><li>Invigorated by the constant change and fast pace of a high-growth organization.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have a “can do” attitude with the ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple deadlines, and execute quickly.</li><li>Demonstrates high standards of work with exceptional attention to detail resulting in high quality, error free deliverables.</li><li>Demonstrates strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
