Approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks. 1-2 holidays per year. Requirements:<ol><li>Licensed in good standing by the state of Illinois as a physical therapist, graduated from an APTA approved curriculum.</li><li>Cognitive and motor skills necessary to carry out skilled therapy evaluations, treatments, and documentation according to the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act, APTA Core Values, and the Joint Commission.</li><li>CPR certified. Our compassionate and dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional, individualized care to support patients and their loved ones every step of the way.
