At International Auto Processing LLC, the Part Time Driver will operate in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules, and drive vehicles to designated points as instructed. Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security.

At International Auto Processing LLC, the Part Time Driver will operate in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules, and drive vehicles to designated points as instructed.Essential Duties:                                      <ul><li>Drive vehicles to designated points as instructed in accordance with vehicle handling procedures and safety rules.</li><li>Use hand-held scanning devices.</li><li>Park vehicles in approved manor insuring proper spacing between vehicles</li><li>Return to the van without delay to be transported to the next location.</li><li>Observe all safety precautions and speed limits.</li><li>When driving vehicles to the load line, verify load line number and park vehicle in correct lane.</li><li>Place work orders and/or other inserts in the vehicles as instructed</li><li>In accordance with policies and procedures, obey all safety procedures (i.e., accident reporting), hazardous communications standards and vehicle handling procedures.</li><li>Ensure a spotter is present when backing up vehicles.</li><li>Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Shift: B Shift - Monday - Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm</li></ul>  Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED OR 1+ year work experience with no more than 2 employers</li><li>Valid US Driver’s License</li><li>Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security</li><li>Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to safety</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Proven problem-solving abilities</li><li>Deadline and detail oriented</li></ul> Physical Working Conditions:<ul><li>Work in confined spaces</li><li>Step up approximately 18 inches into an open van</li><li>Work at heights up to 15 feet</li><li>Extended periods of standing, kneeling and bending.</li><li>Work in varying climates as well as be exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and other conditions</li></ul> NOTE:  This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and records, including requisitions and purchase orders, to support accurate recordkeeping and document retrieval. Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative support, inventory control, shipping and receiving, procurement, materials handling, or a related field preferred.

<h2>Essential Functions</h2><ul><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the JLR Account Manager and Parts Department.</li><li>Prepare, review, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and formatting.</li><li>Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and records, including requisitions and purchase orders, to support accurate recordkeeping and document retrieval.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling of repairs, work requests, and waste disposal services.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company records, files, and correspondence.</li><li>Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner and record complete and accurate messages.</li><li>Assist with payroll administration, including compiling employee time records and submitting approved payroll information by established deadlines.</li><li>Maintain inventory-related documentation and administrative records.</li><li>Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace practices.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative support, inventory control, shipping and receiving, procurement, materials handling, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Basic proficiency with computer systems and standard office software applications.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>Valid driver’s license required.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).</li><li>Ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate a forklift safely, if required for the position.</li><li>Ability to work assigned schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience with payroll processing, inventory systems, or procurement processes.</li><li>Experience working in warehouse, logistics, port, or industrial environments.</li><li>Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to operate office equipment, vehicles, and forklifts as required.</li><li>Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions.</li></ul> NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
