<h4><strong>Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers!</strong></h4><p>We’re seeking a dedicated <strong>Therapist</strong> to join our clinical team on a Part-Time basis. In this role, you will contribute to driving exceptional care by assisting with EMDR treatment in our VA/ADSM programming. Additionally, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities.</p><h4 style="color:#515151"><strong>Position Details:</strong></h4><ul style="color:#515151"><li><strong>Reports to:</strong> Clinical Director</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Part-Time, Monday & Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Gulf Breeze, FL (On-site)</li></ul><h4 style="color:#515151"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul style="color:#515151"><li>Provide individual EMDR Trauma and EMDR programming to VA/ADSM clients</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments including ASAM forms, biopsychosocial assessments, and applicable evaluations.</li><li>Identify treatment needs, integrating findings into a collaborative, measurable treatment plan with patients.</li><li>Document and update treatment plans and clinical records in adherence to program, regulatory, and confidentiality standards, maintaining accuracy and security.</li><li>Coordinate resources and develop post-discharge plans to support patients with legal, financial, and vocational needs, ensuring comprehensive recovery planning.</li><li>Apply clinical judgment and intervention skills in crisis situations, including risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations</li><li>Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse patient needs.</li><li>Build rapport and foster trust with patients through strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with diverse populations.</li></ul><h4 style="color:#515151"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul style="color:#515151"><li>Master’s degree in social work or a related human services major.</li><li>Experience with EMDR treatment</li><li>Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics</li><li>Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.</li><li>Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.</li></ul><h4 style="color:#515151"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h4><ul style="color:#515151"><li>An active LHMC, LCSW, LMFT or Registered Intern in Florida; LCSW, strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field.</li></ul><h4 style="color:#515151"><strong>Why Join Banyan Treatment Centers?</strong></h4><p style="color:#515151">This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an organization that stands as a nationally recognized leader in addiction and mental health care.
