John Tillman Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Production Worker for our warehouse in Fairfield. The Production Worker will perform all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products while following the standard work methods, practicing safe work habits and ensuring production is as efficient and safe as possible.Monday - Friday, day shift (overtime based on business need)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain basic knowledge of the operation of production equipment</li><li>Read and complete work orders accurately</li><li>Process work orders in production system</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot common production problems</li><li>Maintain and clean equipment for continued proper operation; notify management of any maintenance or repairs required</li><li>Always maintain a neat and orderly work area</li><li>Perform tasks in an efficient and productive manner</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred</li><li>Experience operating a reach truck is preferred</li><li>Consistent heavy lifting; ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs. at times with or without reasonable accommodations

Includes written and oral communication.</li><li>Must be able to follow complex instructions and/or directions. May require ability to decide on a course/sequence of action.</li><li>Must be able to schedule and organize time effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned.</li></ul> #zr
