Core Responsibilities:                                                               <ul><li>Perform all activities required to complete visual inspection of parts for nicks, burrs and flaws and repair if possible.</li><li>Operate the equipment (jigs, fixtures, gages, calipers, micrometers, height gauges) associated with determining the dimensions to see the part meets the required tolerances.</li><li>Operate the equipment (deburr guns, hand tools, grit blaster) associated with 1st run and rework parts.</li><li>Hand adjusting of parts to make corrections.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 1+ years of experience in a production/shop position.</li><li>Able to use advanced math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals, or percentages.</li><li>Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel. Includes written and oral communication.</li><li>Must be able to follow complex instructions and/or directions. May require ability to decide on a course/sequence of action.</li><li>Must be able to schedule and organize time effectively to satisfactorily complete assigned.</li></ul>#zr
