We're building a team of hospitality professionals who are passionate about service, teamwork, and creating memorable stays for every guest.Position OverviewAs a Utility Worker, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our Food & Beverage operation. You’ll help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, support dishwashing and sanitation, and assist with basic kitchen prep and deliveries. Your efforts directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and manual methods.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, trash areas, and workstations.</li><li>Ensure proper storage and organization of all kitchen items and clean equipment.</li><li>Empty trash and recycling and replace liners in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist with unloading and organizing food and supply deliveries.</li><li>Support cooks and chefs with basic prep and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.</li><li>Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with brand and health department standards.</li><li>Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.</li></ul>Qualifications & Skills<ul><li>No previous experience required — we will train you!</li><li>Strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and physically demanding environment.</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.</li><li>Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Benefits:Peachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities and must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions including, but not limited to rain, snow, heat, hail, wind and sleet. POSITION: Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt)COMPENSATION: Biweekly, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility SUMMARYAs a Community Manager you are primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by effectively directing and coordinating the community's overall operational activities. RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):<ul><li>Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with team members, residents, clients, and the public. </li><li>Strive for improvements in community performance to meet or exceed annual financial and operational goals.</li><li>Direct the day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and ongoing facility upkeep.</li><li>Develop working income for operating the property, by managing cash flow requirements and leasing strategy. </li><li>Analyze and produce monthly financial statements including operating variances from budget, cash management and strategies for collection of receivables. </li><li>Maintain complete and accurate community files and records, including finalized audits to ensure lease data has been input correctly into management software. </li><li>Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues following lease obligations of residents. </li><li>Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the community.</li><li>Successfully lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff and leasing team members.</li><li>Manage resident relations as they pertain to coordinating requests for repairs and maintenance, understanding of rent charges, lease issues and other resident concerns.</li><li>Participates in Cardinal U training as required and monitor Team Member participation in Cardinal U.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Four (4) years’ experience in property management. Must have a strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.</li><li>Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the Google platform.</li><li>Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts. </li><li>Ability to note deviations from financial plan, determine causes and to provide recommendations to the company on required action plans.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills. </li><li>Ability to understand and carry out industry specific written and oral direction. Positive, innovative approach to problem solving. </li><li>Present ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner; negotiate, persuade, and modify opinion in order to reach the goals/objectives of the organization.</li><li>Ability to work independently as a project leader and team member.
